While we got some answers at yesterday’s meeting with VIA, we left with more questions than we came with.
Many of the answers we seek are kept behind red tape. We formally submitted a FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) request for documentation on officer training, discipline, and standard operating procedures that will begin to answer more of these questions and give us more insight as to how to find solutions.
